You still can't visit the Statue of Liberty in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, but you will once again be able to see the beloved American icon shining bright after sunset in New York Harbor.The storm knocked out power on Liberty Island, so Lady Liberty has been enveloped in darkness at night for almost two weeks now. States have until next week to tell the federal government whether they're going to run their own health insurance marketplaces, called exchanges. But they got a little break late Friday -- if they do run their own exchanges, they'll have until Dec. 14 to submit their plans to the federal government.
