Tewksbury man identified in fatal Billerica crash

A man who was killed in a multi-car accident on Route 3 in Billerica Saturday night has been identified as 27-year-old Steven Khabbaz of Tewksbury, according to the State Police. Troopers responded to the scene, north of Exit 26 in Billerica, at 10:05 p.m. to reports of a body in the roadway, State Police said in a statement.
