Tewksbury man identified in fatal Billerica crash Posted: 23 Jun 2013 02:49 PM PDT A man who was killed in a multi-car accident on Route 3 in Billerica Saturday night has been identified as 27-year-old Steven Khabbaz of Tewksbury, according to the State Police. Troopers responded to the scene, north of Exit 26 in Billerica, at 10:05 p.m. to reports of a body in the roadway, State Police said in a statement. |

But even as more than 35 journalists, camera crews, and satellite trucks remain camped outside, law enforcement officials continued to decline to comment on the investigation today and no arrests or other developments have been announced. |
