| Daley nephew indicted in 2004 bar death Posted: 03 Dec 2012 02:55 PM PST CHICAGO (AP) — The nephew of former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley was indicted Monday for involuntary manslaughter in the 2004 death of a 21-year-old suburban man outside a Chicago bar, and a grand jury is continuing its inquiry into how authorities handled the initial investigation and whether there was a cover-up. |
