Jurors mull claim of liberal bias at U. Iowa law

Another Halloween storm? It’s a possibility, say forecasters

How about this for a Halloween scare? Forecasters say another dangerous storm could hit the state on Oct. 31 this year. "The potential is there," said National Weather Service meteorologist Charlie Foley. A nor'easter last Halloween dumped unusually early and heavy snow on the state, bringing down trees and power lines.
