Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg Tuesday said the 50 percent plunge in the company's stock price since its initial public offering "has obviously been disappointing." But Zuckerberg, speaking publicly for the first time since the May IPO, said he was confident the social networking giant is moving in the right direction with its focus on mobile applications.
