Peterson judge, again, to rule on mistrial motion

A judge Wednesday again is poised to decide whether to cut short former police officer Drew Peterson's murder trial -- the third time in as many weeks he is giving serious consideration to declaring a mistrial after a blunder by prosecutors.

Fort Hood suspect must enter pleas before trial
