Judge in Ohio decides to halt Tuesday execution

Headless body found in Houston, chainsaw recovered

Houston police say they've found a man's headless body outside a vacant house. They say body parts, including the man's head and an arm, were found stuffed in a trash bag with a chainsaw nearby. The bag was behind cinderblocks that support the home. Police say the rest of the body was found in the backyard of a property nearby.
