First responders make their way towards a wounded motorist who was involved in one of multiple auto accidents along the eastbound lanes of I-94 in Eau Claire, Wis., Sunday afternoon, Feb. 20. Parts of I-94 were closed because of multiple crashes near the Highway 93 intersection.A severe winter storm was driving across the upper Midwest on Sunday, dumping up to 15 inches of snow and causing white-out conditions in spots from the Dakotas through Minnesota and into Wisconsin.
