As FBI agents went door to door for fresh tips in the murder of 3-year-old Riley Fox, Trisha Kiefer waited on her lawn, eager to share a "feeling" she had about her ex-boyfriend, Scott Wayne Eby. "If you're going around asking who's a creep, here's a creep for you," she said. The FBI credits her with the tip that led to Eby's arrest. But Riley's parents have dismissed the tip and have not given Kiefer the $100,000 reward they offered.
