NASA gives go-ahead for added shuttle flight

Workers finish the installation of the space shuttle Atlantis' three main engines in Orbiter Processing Facility 1 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Atlantis would be used as a rescue vehicle if the shuttle Endeavour gets in trouble during its flight. If Endeavour's flight proceeds normally, then Atlantis would be sent to the International Space Station in June or later.NASA has officially added another space shuttle flight to its schedule: Atlantis' trip to the International Space Station, which is now due to take place on June 28 or later.
