In a Jan. 20 story about issues arising from a murder investigation at a Philadelphia abortion clinic, The Associated Press erroneously quoted a physician as saying no doctors in North Carolina offered abortions after the first trimester of pregnancy. Dr. David Grimes said he was in fact referring to South Carolina.
