26 states to be part of Obama health care lawsuit

Idaho building partially collapses; crews on scene

A commercial building in the small eastern Idaho city of Rexburg has partially collapsed. KIDK-TV reports the center of the Rocky Mountain ATV building collapsed Tuesday morning. It wasn't immediately known what caused the collapse, or if there are any injuries.
