Neurosurgeon: Giffords 'holding her own' Posted: 10 Jan 2011 08:30 AM PST A neurosurgeon who operated on Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords says "she's holding her own." Dr. Michael LeMole of Tucson's University Medical Center told CBS's "The Early Show" Monday he removed a portion of her skull in order to perform the surgery but likely will replace it at some point. |
