While it is truly an enjoyable thing to stream video from an iPad or iPhone to your TV, the only way to do it is to buy the $99 Apple TV.When I finally got the latest iPad and iPhone OS all loaded up, I came to realize that it only delivers on all promises if you spend a small fortune on a bunch of new stuff.

Thousands of people celebrating a water festival on a small island in a Cambodian river stampeded Monday evening, killing at least 190.The stampede in the Cambodian capital leaves at least 345 dead and hundreds injured in what the prime minister called the country's biggest tragedy since the 1970s reign of terror by the Khmer Rouge.
